Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DevsCorp services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

DevsCorp provides software engineering, cloud consulting, and technology advisory services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual Statements of Work (SOW).

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights to custom-developed code and deliverables transfer to the client. DevsCorp retains the right to use generalized methodologies and non-client-specific knowledge gained during engagement.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.

5. Liability

DevsCorp liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to a claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice. Deliverables completed up to the termination date shall be paid for and delivered to the client.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
